You can join a one-on-one session once per week for free. This gives everyone an opportunity to experience our platform without any initial cost. For more frequent sessions or premium features, kindly refer to our pricing page.
When can I join the daily one-on-one session?
Our platform offers a daily one-on-one session that becomes accessible 15 minutes before its scheduled start time. For instance, if the session is set to begin at 22:00pm, participants can start joining from 21:45pm. Please note, once the session officially begins at its scheduled time, new participants cannot join anymore. Make sure you join within the 15-minute window to participate.
How does the subscription model work and can I cancel it?
Our platform operates on a monthly subscription basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that once you've paid for a month, your access remains active for the entirety of that month, even if you decide to cancel before the month ends. No refunds will be provided for the remaining duration of the cancelled month.
